Seven Mile Beach

Seven Mile Beach is Grand Cayman’s favourite playground. The spectacular stretch of Seven Mile Beach is lined with a mix of older condos, upscale newer developments, and high-end beach resorts and somehow never feels crowded.
Most of the residents on Seven Mile Beach are renters, local professionals, and tourists but, vacation home-owners and retirees return during the high season.

Seven Mile Corridor

West Bay Road separates Seven Mile Beach corridor from the beach. Properties here are significantly less expensive than on the beach but still enjoy easy access to the beach and the shopping and entertainment to be found along the West Bay Road and in Camana Bay.
You’ll find mostly older style single-family homes owned by long time Caymanian residents.

Britannia

Britannia is a mix of luxury older condos, single-family homes, and the exclusive gated community of Britannia Estates.
It offers a lively mix of professionals, families, retirees, and holiday homes who rent or own within the complex.

Snug Harbour’s ease of access to the amenities of Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay makes it a popular neighbourhood with families.

Canal Point

Canal Harbour is a private gated community along the Seven Mile Beach corridor with a quiet neighbourly feel.
It comprises upscale luxury residential properties, mainly occupied by owner families, executives and retirees, a new luxury condo development.
With a large number of canal front homes Canal Point is popular with boating enthusiasts.

Crystal Harbour
